purchasing a new property can be stressful but you always need to make sure you are making the right decision and you don‘t have any surprises when moving into your new place.
Many people leave behind hidden pest problems, in fact in can be the reason for the property move in the first place! Some people simply cannot cope and would rather move than deal with a long standing issue. You do not want to be the one taking it on either.
Just like a building survey, a pest survey will show you if there are any current, previous or possible future pest related issues.
Pest control can become expensive, especially if the issue is well established.
We will thoroughly inspect all internal spaces including loft spaces and the external area of the property. Below is a list of the things we are looking for:
A full written report will be issued once the survey is complete and any recommendations will also be there to help you with your decisions.
The cost of your survey will depend on location and size of property etc but either way it will be worth it.
If the survey doesn’t really show any past, current or future issues then you have peace of mind when moving in…happy days!
If the survey does show some pest related issues then this can be used as tool to possibly reduce the cost of the purchase by at least cost of the survey or maybe more.
