Sanitisation & Cleaning
Various pests can carry many forms of germs and diseases. After an infestation has been cleared it can be beneficial to have the area professionally cleaned and sanitised.
What does it cost
The cost is based on:
- Loft size
- How much clutter
- Loft design & how hard it is to move around
A full inspection will be completed before an accurate quote can be provided.
What happens during the clean
- All loft insulation removed and disposed of (this is necessary to ensure no bacteria or disease is left behind)
- All rodent droppings and bodies removed
- Full loft space swept and vacuumed
- Full loft space is sprayed with a specific rodent disinfectant
- The loft space will then be fully inspected for evidence of rodent entry points
- Advice given on anything that could be done to prevent future problems
